I am still trying to put new clipart/backgrounds/frames,,,anything.. into the Elements 4 slide show.
It comes with a selection but I am trying to add to the selection of items. I keep trying to put things in the folders in adobe but they will not come up in the slide show program.
I do like Elements 4 and I am enjoying having many more slide show options. I know there are slide show programs one can purchase but it is nice I think to have it associated with the program I work in and catalog my pictures.
Does anyone have any idea how/where to install new clipart/frames/backgrounds/etc. into the slide show section of the Elements 4?
I have been through all the folders in the program on my computer and I cannot find where the slide shows clipart/backgrounds/ frames are stored?
I tried shared files and that does not work.

Go to "Add Media"

Click on "photos and videos from folder"

If you have them on your hard disc, you can find them from there

That will only allow an image to be put into its own empty blank slide, it will not allow to add clipart/backgrounds/frames with/ontop of a picture.

The Elements 4 slide show program has (they operate like the paint tubes in Paint shop pro), they can be resized and pulled around on top of a picture.

There are other frames in the Elements folders but they are not all showing up in the slide show, and yes they are transparent for putting on top of pictures, and the clipart should be found in a folder?

I thought it would be nice to add some other clipart to use.
I am a violinist/violin teacher and need to use some music clipart on the pictures and there is none with the original ones provided.

I did it. I am able to move those frames that came as extras on the CD into the slide show program for use there. I found all the clipart and frames and such in: all user, application data, adobe, photoshopelements, 4., organizer, graphics.
I copied some of the frames into the frames folder there and they showed up in the sideshow for use. Now I am going to try to add more graphics for use in the slide show. They have to be png.
