Vertical Tool Bar Disapperad

This has happened to a friend of mine her vertical tool bar is missing on PSE-7. She has no clue how it happened or how to get it back.

Any help would be appreciated.

Look under Window and make sure Tools is ticked,
Kev.

If that doesn't work try resetting palette locations.
