Need some help on the best settings for capturing and saving video for use in my powerpoint presentations.

I am using elements 7.

You really want to be posting Premiere Elements 7 questions in this forum. I had already responded to your question in the Advanced Forum before I saw this duplicate.

I still am not 100% sure whether you were referring to Photoshop Elements 7 or Premiere Elements 7. If Premiere Elements 7, please continuing posting here.
