Can't watch video tutorials.

I can't seem to watch any of the video tutorials today. All I get is a blank black box and it won't show any of the tutorials at all. I tried turning off my anti-virus stuff but that didn't make any difference.
Any ideas about what is wrong, please? Or is the website not running properly today?

I just tried and it works fine, perhaps a little slow. Empty your browser's cache and try again.

Hi Wendy! I recently had the same problem and finally figured out that I didn't have Quick Time installed on my new computer. If that's the case, just go to download.com and install from there.

I don't normally have any problems with the Videos so I suspect that today the site has just been a little slow ... thanks for sharing the info and I'm sure that it will help others :)
