Umm ... LOL

I guess that Adobe have to draw the line somewhere ... otherwise no one would buy Photoshop :)

Usually once a year they send out an email to registered users of Elements offering a cheaper upgrade to Photoshop ... I think in the US its usually about $199 :)

Hi ...

In the UK this offer never used to be available at all :( ... then a few years ago they suddenly sent an offer out. Not at $199 but at least it was half the UK price ... so I bit the bullet and bought CS3 (I think the offer price in the UK was then around $440)
