In the editor, under Effects. I have indicated I want to 'Add to Favorites'. In elements 5 there was a star that contained my favorites. Where do I find my favorites in 7? In Elements 5 there are some frames I want. Is there a way to bring them into 7. There is the 35mm negative frame I like and a few others. I purchased the download of 7 now I wish I had gone ahead and got the disc and manual. I suppose you live and learn.

To find your Favorites, go to the Window menu and put a check next to Favorites to display the Favorites Palette. I'm glad you asked this question - I've never used this feature before!

Oh, and to move the frames from 5 to 7:

Copy the frames you want from this path (this is for Vista, it will be slightly different for XP & Mac):
Hard Drive/Program Data/Adobe/Photoshop Elements/5.0/Photo Creations/Artwork/Frames.

Copy them to this path:
Hard Drive/Program Data/Adobe/Photoshop Elements/7.0/Photo Creations/Frames.

Hi,

1. To see the Favorites palette, go to Create>Artwork; to see it in the Editor, go to Window>Favorites.

2. If you want the Favorites palette always visible in the Palette bin, open it in the Editor, click the double arrows, and select "Place in Palette bin when closed."

Thank you, you folks are good, but I cannot find PhotoCreation/Artwork/frames. I am using XP. I go to start/explore/program files/adobe/Photoshop Elements5 there are a lot of folders but none are PhotoCreation. I opened all of the folder still unable find Photocreation, artwork or frames.

Hi, I also use Windows XP. I think the problem is that you need to make the hidden files visible first. Try this:

1. My Documents>Tools>Folders Options>View>"Select Show hidden files and folders"

2. My Computer>C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Adobe\Photoshop Elements\7.0\Photo Creation\ ............

EDIT: Sorry, I gave you the path for PSE7; but it may be the same for PSE5.
