PSE-7 Welcome screen

Just a quickie, has anyone figured out how to make a shortcut to PSE-7 Organizer / editor so as to bypass the normal annoying welcome screen with all the adds etc. I looked in the installation folder for the .exe file but just not seeing the correct file to creat my shortcut.

See my screenshot of the files you need (one for the Organizer, the other for the Editor). Right-click on whichever you want, choose Create Shortcut, and send the shortcut to the Desktop. These files are in:
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 7.0 (you need to scroll down a bit to find them).
