dumb question

I know this is crazy but I can never seem to find my way back to the sign in area where I can look at the tutorials and such. I have clicked on just about every icon here and cant seem to find it!!

While you are waiting for the link here, try this (http://www.photoshopelementsuser.com/subscriber/) and then make a new permanent tab so each time you open IE or Firefox (whichever one you have) you will have it there.
