Can anybody tell what i could do to improve this pic,keep thinking i could improve with fiddling but end up making it worse thankyou jon

Jon.P, I tried to add clouds but couldn't really get the duplicates to work so I replaced.

I then gave the base photo (less the ski) a little darkening with curves. I also selected the reflections in the water an highlighted them a little.

In the second version I selected the water and darken it a little. I also selected the reflections in the water an highlighted them a little.

Otherwise the photo was ok the way it was, perhaps with a little bit more interest in the sky.
