PSE7 Vector yet?

I've been poking around the Adobe site contemplating the idea of getting PSE7 but I can't find a full list of features. The main feature that I am looking for is Vector capabilities, does anyone know if Elements is doing this yet?
I'm currently using PSE5 & it seems more & more that I need to submit scalable vector images to clients, I was hoping to put off buying CS4 or Illustrator.

No real change although there are some add-ins which add some extra vector capability. OnOne Essentials gives you a pen tool for making vector selections. The Elements+ tools give you a number of extra vector tools (eg making a path from a selection and creating vector masks) but likely none of these will do what you want to do. Sounds like you might need Illustrator.
