Pse 7.0

My computer processor is only 1.6GHZ and PSE 7.0 requires 2GHZ and 2G Ram I have the Ram but not the processor Can I still use it? I dont want a new Laptop (LOL) I have XP and really dont want Vista. HELP PLEASE and tell me I dont have to return my new PSE

Most likely PSE 7 will run just fine on your laptop, especially if it was purchased in the last couple of years:
