photo frame in pse5 gone in pse7?

I just got pse 7 and have been using pse5. I can't find the photo frame that was in pse5 in the effects palate. I used to be able to doube click on the frame and it would produce an area that said to double click to get a photo. All I see now are 3 options that are not for actual photos. This is especially nice for quick pages in digital scrapbooking---can anyone help me? Is this feature a thing of the past:(. thanks

I suspect you mean the frames that were under Artwork in PSE5 - they're still there in PSE7 (in fact there are a lot more of them) but they are in the Content palette.
