I was downloading some of the actions on this website; but most do not work with PSE5.0 - or at least I cant get them to work. Like Twirling Abstract Art - is there any work around for this on 5.0. Jean

Sadly most actions get written for full Photoshop without consideration for Elements users. It might well be modifiable to work in Elements but you need full Photoshop to modify it.

Thanks, Tony. I guess I will have to give up the struggle. The Twirling Abstract Art can be done to a certain stage with Distort, but cant get it to go backwards. The Orton effect action works. Jean

Actually it's a pretty simple action and I think would work just fine in Elements except for the fact that the action group name and the action are different and that's a no-no for Elements actions. It does work in the PSE7 action player because that can handle action groups but with a minor change it works in other versions. I'll send you a PM with more details.
