Thinking of upgrading to PSE4 but not wanting to loose some of the plugins I have in PSE3 is it possible to run both programs on one computer?

Yes, you can run them both on one pc and have the best of both worlds. Keep in mind if you add styles, brushes, patterns etc that you'll need to add them to both programs.

Its no problem at all having several versions on your PC .. but if you are a Windows user then you wonlt be able to have them running at the same time.

You mentioned Plug ins ... which plug ins are you thinking about? ...

Maybe not a plugin but from advice in this forum I downloaded Earthbound Effects including curves and masks etc. My understanding is that these can't work with PSE4

Yes it does look like that won't work ... neither do some of Grant's tools. They are good ! have you tried them :)
