I need help in saving an image that I have cut out of a picture with no background. It currently has a plain white background but I don't want anything but the shape. I am making tiger cutouts for a "drag and drop" game and I want only the image to move around without the white square around it. Any suggestions?

Nancy,
To save the image alone, you need to save it in either GIF or PNG. Those format supports transparency, that is, the white area you see will become transparent.
If you look in your current Photoshop format document (.PSD), do you still have only your image, no white background? If so, click on File / Save For Web, choose the GIF format and adjust the number of colour to something appropriate for the image (I suspect 128 or 256).
Make sure to check transparency.
Hope this helps,
Ray

Wow, this is old! Nancy, you probably do this in your sleep now, eh?
Anyone mind if I close it? ;)
