Where can I find free effects , background , plugins , animated gif , images etc to use with Photoshop Elements 4.0 ?

From what I've seen, most of this can be done easily "at home" :)

The subscriber area has videos on framing or you can ask here and we'll show you how.

Yes I agree with Ray on this ...

... most of the effects can be done with Elements ... just let us know which one you want to do :)
