does anyone know if it's possible to do multiple images of the same person in PSE6? what i mean is, i take three pics of myself sitting around the table, then layer them so it looks like i am at the table with myself.

Photomerge Group Shot should let you do that.

No problem doing what you have in mind in PSE. The problem is do you know how to go about getting it done?
It isn't that difficult, but requires a small amount of experience and knowledge of the tools, where to find them and what they do.
How much experience do you have?

Do you mean me?

If you happen to have Volume 4 #3 of the magazine Mike Rodriguez (mrod) did a nice tut on this on page 20, with I think some tips on setting it up in the extras part.

thanks. the first has a very soft edge between the first and second "me". i did the second try to see what it would look like. they are ok, but i see where i need to be careful and what to watch out for the next time.

Might I also grab your instructions for this? I think I remember having something like this (instructions) before, but purchased another computer before getting a chance to try the process out and, consequently, lost out on what I had.

I was inspired by Johnny's images and followed the tutorial he had in PET newsletter from earlier this year. My granddaughter has to learn to walk and there is no stopping her now! She also seems to use anything and everything as a phone!

Here are two multiples I did, uisng a hand-held camera and Photomerge Group Shot. I merged 3 or 4 photos at a time with Photomerge:
