Cutting out hair...IS there an easy way

I'm making some posters cutting out backgrounds and hair ids the worst, especially ladies curly hair or think hair with white in the background that barley shows through...Anyone with any ideas on how to make it easier?

Sort of.....Thanks for the link, we are taking several girls and moving them to one picture, like a poster. I use the magic lasso, then copy and paste into the poster, seems that the hair is awful to try and cut around...But I guess once I get them all on one shot I can make my layer then adjust from there.
