When I launch PSE 7, the Welcome splash screen tells me there are new Fall templates available. When I click "Check 'em out" all I get is the Photoshop.com tutorials.
What am I missing??

I can't find them either. I have had such a hard time figuring out Photoshop.com and all the extras we're supposed to get.
In this thread, http://www.elementsvillage.com/forums/showthread.php?t=41249&highlight=photoshop.com, bobgager gave a very detailed reply. Based on his answer, I would expect that you could access the templates in the Editor on the Create tab in the artwork section. You can filter there in the Content section from artwork from Photoshop.com, but nothing shows up when I do that.
I have the plus membership and I believe I'm signed in through the Editor, so I don't know why the photoshop.com filter doesn't have anything in it.

Erin - I, too, have a Plus membership.
I still haven't figured out anything about the templates, but I think I have the filter for photoshop.com figured out: when you are in the Artwork section, set the dropdown to "Show All". As you scroll through the results, look for those that have a little gold ribbon in the upper right corner. Right click on each one and select "Make Available Offline". When you're done with them (there are 16) change the "Show All" filter to the "From Photoshop.com" filter and all 16 will be shown. So the dumb filter works in reverse!
I searched all through the Artwork and can find no templates. I searched through help and there are lots of references to templates, but nothing that says where they are. Its hard to believe Adobe did any user testing before releasing this enhancement. It's incredibly confusing.

Good job figuring that out, Veejayr! I actually found 23 to download, and as you said, none of them are what I would call templates.
They all are tagged with the word Autumn though.
This new Photoshop.com has a lot of potential - I hope Adobe can make it a bit more intuitive. But then, no one thinks that Elements is intuitive to learn either and we've all been able to figure it out one way or the other.:p

Well, I finally figured the templates out. They can only be used for albums that you share. So, select some photos in the Organizer and then click Share. Click Online Album and follow the steps. At some point, you'll be asked to pick a template and (hold on to your seat) there they are, with one new (that gold ribbon in the corner) Autumn template.
I now have TWO open tickets with Adobe Support, one with the Elements techs and one with the Photoshop.com techs. They don't seem to work together or know that they are companion products. I've been trying to explain to them about the Welcome Screen that hawks the Autumn Templates - with the Check 'em out button that only takes you to their support page -but neither set of techs knows anything about it at all. I've now been escalted thru 3 levels of support and each time, I get a call back that my issue has been resolved - but the "resolved" issue has nothing to do with the reason I called in the first place. Apparenlty they've had all sorts of techical difficulties with photoshop.com. In fact, I can't get any albums to actually load for sharing, but I have yet to raise that issue with them.
I paid for a service 6 weeks ago that doesn't work, so I'm about to cancel my plus subscription and demand a full refund.
I'm really shocked that there is no user documentation on the difference between the tutorials and the pushed content for PSE and the pushed content for use with photoshop.com. Its almost as if Adobe is relying on forums such as this to provide end users with documention they should own.
