This is my first attempt at selecting/cutting and pasting a object. I took us from another beach shot and put us in this one of Ruby Beach, Washington. I know its not much, but I'm excited to complete it !

Good for you! What do you mean about "not much". It is A LOT! It was a long time before I tried the cut and paste into another photo. You did a great job.
Here is a hint: When you paste the first image from Pixentral, hit the enter key on your keyboard a time or two, and then paste the second picture. The pictures will be to the left, one under the other with space in between.

Hi Tony,
I think you did a great job with the cut and paste. Your placement
of the silhouettes really adds to the finished image.... Tom :D

TonyK. nice job of silhouetting. The scale of the figures looks perfect.

Thanks everyone for your encouragement. It gives me some hope, you know, some photographic light at the end of the tunnel. Photoshop is much like Golf, one shot your feel like your almost a pro and the next shot you wonder why you even bought your clubs, but you tell everyone how much you enjoy it ! I really enjoy learning all of this.
