2nd monitor

I just have to share my excitement. As of this morning, I have two monitors up and running. What a joy. The new BIG BOY (22" diagonal) is dedicated to the Editor of PSE5. I took advantage of the sale ($150) I mentioned a couple weeks ago. It did take installing a new video card, but oh what a treat to be able to have the Organizer (& everything else) open on one screen, and the WORK SPACE open all by itself. I am in HOG HEAVEN. :D :D :D

i am so jealous.:D i am so tired of switching back and forth when i am trying to follow along with a tutorial and work at the same time.

i am going to try and catch a sale after the xmas holidays. too many grandchildren to spend the extra money right now.:D

Sounds. awesome. I have the 17" LCD from my old computer just sitting unused in my closet. I should hook it up...hmmm.....

You should at least think about it...BUT....remember, you have to have a compatible video card. I am no expert on the requirements (in fact I'm an utter dope about it). My Computer Dude took care of all that for me. But the new card was only about $30, and there was a place for it inside my cpu. But you should check that sort of thing out with someone if you don't know about it yourself. Shar (still grinning :D)

Congratulations on your dual monitor setup! I don't think I could live without mine (though I could live without the headaches of getting it to work properly with XP, Ubuntu and Vista...:))
