I took this picture yesterday at Eagle Creek Park, Indianapolis, In. Had to clone out a branch.

I think it may be a juvenile. If you want to check it out further, go here, (http://www.palemale.com) it's all about the famous New York City Red Tails....Pale Male & Lola....and has loads of pics from newly hatched to full grown and the photography is out of this world!

Hi Doug,
Not a red-tailed hawk. Red-tails have mostly while bellies. Looking at the streaked rusty belly, this is probably a broad-winged hawk.
