I just wanted to let everyone know that Wendy has been ill and that is why she has been away from the forum. She is suffering from pancreatis and has been hospitalized. Yes, it's true - our Wendy IS human after all! :D She wanted everyone to know she will be back with us as soon as she is able.

I remember my sister having pancreatitis many years ago....the worst bit was before she was diagnosed, once she was being treated things got a lot easier. Just don't overdo things once you're on the mend. We're missing you and eager to see you back, but not at the expense of your health!

Pancreatitis is not a good thing to be "up to" I know. My daughter had an attack of pancreatitis one day and the emergency squad was called. The dodos decided she was constipated and called me to take her to the hospital. I never did locate them to give them a lesson in abdominal pain...

I'm still feeling pretty awful but each day I am getting a little stronger. It may be a while before I am able to get back to normal on the forum but at least now I am able to pop in and see what is happening.

Thankfully I was way ahead with my Christmas planning (including my present buying, card writing, Christmas Baking and Scrapbook Kit Making) so hopefully I will be able to take things easy for a while.

I will be visiting my consultant again on the 1st December and they are planning to operate sometime early in the new year ... hopefully after that I will be back to normal again.
