Love your breakout. I looked through my cookie cutters for the holey background - did you import this from somewhere or did I overlook it. Help. Jean

Hi Jean,
The one I used is one of the standard ones. Open all of the cookie cutter shapes, then click on the little arrow at the right, which will bring up the types of shapes. Select "crop shapes", and then look for "crop shape 19." If you put your cursor over the a shape and let it rest there a moment, the name/number shows up. Let me know if you still have a problem finding it.

Help! I made a cream background; used filter/render/cloud in a beige and had a pretty file. Then used cookie cutter No. 19 - that made a new layer - and the center of the clouds went back to cream. What did I do wrong, please. Jean

Hi Jean -- well, let's see. So do you have Layer 1 (cream background); Layer 2 (rendered clouds)? And then are you using the cookie cutter on the second layer? If so, you should end up with a cream background and the cookie cutter shape, with the clouds, in the center of the background. Be sure you have the upper (cloud) layer active when you are using the cookie cutter. And you'll have to click on the check-mark at the top of the page to finalize the cut. Please let us know if you're still having problems with this.

Jean ...
I left a reply in another thread for you ... but I think that you may have used the custom shape tool by mistake :)

Shall I blame my computer? No, just me. Yes, I was trying to use the custom shapes. You are all so smart. Jean

Jean ...
Not smart at all ... I think we have all made the same mistake in the past :) :)

Jean I've stumbled many times between those two!! I don't use either very often and maybe that's why!
