Has anyone heard of or uses Re-Sizer action for photoshop in Elements 6? I've heard it 'works', but I have a mac and all it seems to do is enhance not re-size. (Wendy, actually made a png file for it and xml and proved I could do it. Thanks for your many contributions to this forum)

I don't have it but if it's this one:
http://www.re-sizer.com/
it looks to be an action set which PSE6 can't handle rather than a single action. It would need to be split up into individual actions for it to work in PSE6 (assuming that it only contains steps that PSE6 can handle) and to do that you'd need full Photoshop.

I bought and installed the Re-sizer in PSE5, I figured $10 was not too much to loose. It runs in Elements, only it does not give you any choice of the output size. One size only, which is 400% (it doubles both pixel dimensions). The output does look pretty good, I need to do some more testing, though.

If you mean the 110% resizer, its in Handy Actions now. (Someone had emailed me earlier about this one, but I lost the email -:o )

I do have it and it works like a charm. Now...in cs3 you can choose the % you wish to enlarge it (up to 600%).
In elements ( I tested it with elements 4 and 5), you can click it to run, and it does increase the size. Then if not big enough, do it again.
Best $10.00 I spent in awhile.
An example (http://www.digitaldesignden.com/photopost/showphoto.php?photo=8054&ppuser=42)
Both the title and the train pics on the left side, were screen shot saves from the internet. They were little. I used the re-sizer, and this page is a 12x12 @ 300

Now that I am a proud owner of PSE7 :D, I installed the Re-Sizer in it and it turns out that it will be accessible in the Guided Edit mode under Automated Actions. The percentage can be chosen there. Works great.

PS: I used Graffi's Add-O-Matic to install it. Also works great.

When I went to the site, it only offered re-sizer for full photoshop. Is this what you got, and found it also works for Elements?

Sorry, Charles, a bit late: That is the version I got and it works in both PSE5 and PSE7, however, in 5 it does not give you any control over the output size (one size only).

If you do not have the Add-o-matic, Where is the re-sizer instaled?
