Need Help creating a icon for a ico file

im trying to create a icon i have photoshop elements 5.0 and i was told that you can create a ico file in that program but i dont know how to go about this can someone help me on this thanks

Take a look at Byron's anser in this thread and see if that does what you want (basically you make a .bmp file and change the extension to .ico)

A logo is just a picture... but another member of the forum "sensei_aki", was looking for people who needed logos (http://www.elementsvillage.com/forums/showthread.php?t=39588), to practice for a budding logo-creation business.

Maybe you can help each other, if the offer is still good?
