Hello, Has anyone got one of these who might help me. Once I have loaded the pics into Elements I cannot clear them from this device. The question which asks if you want the shots deleting from your card after they have been put into your pc just does not appear. Anyone having the same problem? Aud

I don't have one but I do have a small portable hard drive for storing pics while I'm on the road which I think is similar and when you upload to Elements you don't get an option to delete - that's just the way those sort of drives are. If you want to delete just go into Windows file explorer and delete them in the usual way. Just make sure you back them up first - you should always have your pics in at least two places and not rely on one memory device/hard drive.

Am still stuck. I took some more pictures and put them in the Jobo. The capacity went down from 35gb to 34gb. I then downloaded them into the pc, went into W.explorer, found the files and deleted them. I checked that they had gone from the Jobo. I disconnected it and switched it on expecting it to have gone back to 35gb but it is still at 34!

I wouldn't worry too much about the odd gigabyte - I've never found memory counts particularly accurate and it sounds like you have lots of spare memory anyway.
