I need to give my sil a few tips about photos in front of mirrors. Having said that, is there any hope for this photo? I don't know where to begin. My boys and their uncle (who they don't see very often) look great, I'd like to get rid of the glare without spending hours on it. Oh my...
Any tips greatly appreciated.

Here's a 5 minute correction.
I copied the boy and man's good part of the face and superimposed on the bad part. I gave it a little adjustment to make it match.
Using the Clone tool I repaired the background, part of the man's neck and part of the man's shirt.
In the end I gave it a little brightness/contrast adjustment.

Mary it really is what it is and required a tremendous amount of work for me to even come of with this and it just isn't good at all. Do you have other pictures taken that day of the people? It might be better to put them in it or a picture of just he background. Just a thought!!

Thank you Frank and Vesta for your efforts. I agree with you Vesta, unfortunately, it is what it is. Some pictures are just too bad to help.

On the plus side you have now learned the valuable lesson of when using flash to either bounce off the ceiling or make sure nothing reflective behind the subjects.
