Howdy,
Newbie here, hopping to learn Elements 6.0 quickly. I'm struggling with the tutorials because I don't understand why I'm doing the things I'm doing. I can produce the results but have no clue why it works. Any tips would be appreciated. Thank you.

You may want to take the Layers course. It really helps you understand the how and why of using layers.

There's so much I do without understanding the ins and outs of it all. But I'm having fun, and every now and again the 'penny drops' on something and it sort of clicks. But I have thousands of 'clicks' to go still :):):). I think that's what keeps me addicted.
