Do you think this is to dark? I added a fall leaves photo to my gallery , take a look and see what you think. I am unsure of how it looks.

Tina, I really like it. The way I see it, it is how you feel about it, its your work, its your expression of art. For me the perfect exposure its important, but more important is your expression your feelings. Good work !!!

I just love it, but the sky looks too real! If you could select just the sky and apply more filter effect to it, it would go together better. JMHO

Off Topic, but I'd sure like to know what font you used in your West Texas Sunrise. Neat effect...perfect font.

I will look and see what I used for that. Not sure right off hand. Possible Scriptina but I will look and let you know.

It looks great, not too dark with great colors.

My only comment is the outline of the tops of the trees to the sky. To me, it looks like the trees might be oversharpened or enhanced a drop too much. Not sure if its pixalation but along those lines I guess.

Yes the font for the West Texas Sunrise is Scriptina. It was a free font from some where, not sure what site I found it at. It is one I like to use all the time.

Thanks Tina. No wonder I liked it. I have used it recently, but didn't recognize it with different words! LOL Anyway, I appreciate the look-up.

Although I might not have thought of it myself after seeing the above comment I agree that the image would benefit from some additional attention to the sky. I think it needs just a tiny bit of texture, but not as much as the rest of the image. As far as darkness is concerned, I don't think it gives the impression of being dark. I think it is very nice.

You know ths sky does not have enough texture to it . I guess I just didn't notice that the sky was not effected by the technique I applied. I will try and texture a little and see what that brings.
Thanks for the comments.

I really like it also and I agree about the sky. I guess that since it has no clouds or anything, the technique effects did nor affect it.

I enjoyed looking through your gallery. I especially like the dandelion images, Gracelyn (I love plaids), Bridges and boaters, and Look Through my Window. Very nice Gallery!

I agree with the others. For my tastes, it is not too dark. I love rich colors. Good job!
