Custom Borders ~ PLEASE READ

I am bringing this tut back to the top because I think it is a great tut and very useful for anyone looking to border a picture. I have played with it and really like it. It has a myriad of possibilities.

I really like this tutorial because it is so versatile. This is just my first attempt, and I plan to play around with it even more.
