Photoshop Elements 7

Has anybody seen or used the new Photoshop Elements 7 yet? If so how does it differ from Elements 6. I have 6 and am wondering if it is worth upgrading to 7?

No Photoshop Elements 6 is the current version for the Mac (it was released last March, I believe).

Adobe has not announced Version 7 for the Mac - it's Windows-only - and, if the past is any guide, I wouldn't expect a release until next year at the earilest.

Didn't they skip Version 5 altogether for the Mac? So if the past is any guide we might have to wait for version 8 before we get a new version for the Mac.

You may have seen an ad, as it was announced a little over a week ago, however it won't actually ship till later this month. If you follow the link below, there are 3 videos that give a brief (emphasis on brief) overview on some of the new and/or enhanced features in version 7, as well as a couple shorter videos specifically focusing on two of the new tool.
