Does anyone know if I can load PSE6 on more than one computer? I use it on my Notebook and would also like to use it on my Desk top to. If so how do I load it? I orginally started with PSE3 and then have continued to purchase upgrades would I have to start with PSE3 then load the PSE6 Upgrade? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The license allows you to load your software on two computers, as long as you are the user on both computers.

The upgrade refers to price, not to what the software contains. Just load PSE6 on your new computer and then you would need to convert the catalog from PSE3 to PSE6 (if its not already in PSE6 form).
