Looking for Grid Shape

Hi, everyone,

I'm trying to make a grid of a photo, just like in the video Dave Cross made. Unfortunately, I can't seem to find a grid shape. Where can I getone? I have other shapes, but not a grid.

I have a Mac and am running Photoshop Elements 6.
