paint bucket tool missing in photoshop 7?

To my surprise i do not locate paint bucket in photoshop 7.0. Is there anyway I can add this tool to the photoshop 7?

In more recent versions of Photoshop, the paint bucket tool is nested in the tools pallet with the Gradient tool. Click and hold the gradient tool button and the flyout should reveal the paint bucket.

The keyboard command letter for both tools is "G". try typing that, Shift-G, if necessary.
