I have found a number of templates to download for making pages in photoshop. My problem is...I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do with them! For instance, somebody offered a template for download on the scrapbook forum:

But...once I download it, and it's all gray...how do I customize it? I'm happy to follow instructions if they have already been posted - but when I do a "search" for using a template , I'm not having any luck.
