Frames/Mats

I downloaded some free frames and put them in a folder on my desktop. I tried to open one by right clicking>left clicking on "open with PSE" which opened my program and I can't find how to get the frames. Suggestions?

Also I have searched the forums for sites for free frames/mats without much luck. Does anyone have any suggestions.

Is that folder on your desktop a zip file? Maybe you just need to unzip it before trying to open it.

Where did the frames/mats come from and what is the file extension?. A number of the ones available are layer styles with an .asl extension (like these http://shop.staleydigital.com/frames_mats.htm ) and how and where you install them depends on the version of Elements you have. Lots of threads here on installing styles in the different versions.
