Can't import Epson Perfection 2400

I transferred my eMac to a new iMac 24" [Intel]. When I opened PSE 6, the Epson scanners did not show in Import. I downloaded and installed a new Epson driver for an Intel iMac, but Epson scanners still do not show. Any suggestions?

Just wondering - can you not import in Elements - or does it not show up in other programs either?

Hi Dolores,

I have a similar situation. When I got my iMac (Inetl) and installed PSE4 it DID recognize my Epson Perfection 4180 and I can do a File>Import From Epson...
When I installed PSE6 I could NOT get it to recognize the scanner. I downloaded new drivers, etc. but was never able to make it work. I hope someone has some suggestions for us.
