Hello to all. I hope you can help me with your suggestions. I have a problem with the software called Essentials for Elements 2 from ONONE SOFTWARE. Whenever I use it, after some time working in CUT IT OUT mode, the plug in suddenly says that PHOTOSHOP ELEMENTS has to close. It always crashes the ELEMENTS. I've tried to reinstall PHOTOSHOP and reinstall the plug in following the instructions in the read me file, BTW, it says we should only delete the folder ONONE ESSENTIALS in APPLICATIONS>ADOBE PHOTOSHOP ELEMENTS 6>PLUG-INS>... (this is little strange because the original installation package of ONONE ESSENTIALS FOR ELEMENTS is around 768 MB, and the folder I mentioned is around 184 MB), but isn't helping at all. I'm using Macbook with Intel. Could somebody help me since I didn't find any article in the Knowledge Base of ONONE SOFTWARE Webpage. Thank you very much.

Yes I've contacted them. The only thing they did, is sending me the link for the download of the product again which I already received in the initial email when I purchased the product. However, I've reinstall my LEOPARD and I'll give a shot again. I hope it will work well if I do it from scratch. Thank anyway for your reply.

How much RAM do you have on your MacBook? I wouldn't be surprised if you're running out of memory when trying to resize a big image. (Regardless, it shouldn't crash, but that would be my first guess.)

Oh, I have a lot of RAM, 4GB. Therefore, that's not the problem. The reason clearly was the CUT OUT function that comes with the ESSENTIALS 2.1 for PHOTOSHOP ELEMENTS. However, I've decided to use my right of refund and returned the purchased product. Also, the technical support advised me to watch the tutorials and to make sure that there isn't any "problem with the workflow". They advised me to select not more than 5 colors in keep and drop, but that is just frustrating and makes no sense to me. Next time when I decide to by a plug ins like this, I'll make sure to read many reviews. Anyways, THANK YOU FOR YOUR INTEREST in solving this problem. I've returned the product and erased from my computer.
