Asking a Favor please. !

I have this photo of my Husband taken on Nov11/07 , he was too ill to march in the Parade. My daughter stayed with him , as it was the usual raw cold wet day.
Is there someone who would be kind enough to get rid of his Umberella Handle & also the Red & White above his head. I want to keep the whole photo no cropping as I think it gives it a better ambience. If this is not large enough to work on please let me know , I put it at 750.
