I subscribed to Photoshop Elements about a month ago. I have received a DVD with some back videos and other helpful files on it, and my membership seems to allow me access to all the member's elements of the web site. When and how often do I receive the news letter, as I haven't received one yet. I thought they would have started me out with the existing news letter. I could not find any other contact so I am trying here.

You will receive your first newsletter in 6-8 weeks after subscribing. There are 8 newsletters per year.

You can download previous issues in PDF format at a cost of $4.95 per issue.

If you want or need to contact customer service about your subscription you can do that HERE (http://www.photoshopelementsuser.com/contact.php) via email or there is a phone number for you to call (sorry it is not toll-free).

Until you get your first issue be sure to enjoy the subscribers area! Don't be afraid to look at the older videos as there is still much there to be learned about how to use Elements.

That first issue takes a while to arrive but after that they arrive just fine :)
