That's close, but not quite-the tut uses halftone I think-thanks!:)

Carol, I hope you find the answer. I'd be interested in this tut too.

BTW, I tried Google using search terms such as: pop art (or comic effect) halftone effect photoshop tutorials; I found a lot of tuts. It's time-consuming; however, as you know exactly what you're looking for, it may not be such a daunting task!:)

I think it was Creative Threshold by Corey Barker. I have i downloaded on my computer and googled to find it online. Maybe this link still works?
