Hello;
Before I made a decision I would like to know if Photomatix its the only software recomended for the creation of HDR pictures.

It's certainly not the only one and it's an area that is evolving rapidly so even if it's recommended today then I wouldn't guarantee that something better might appear tomorrow.

It certainly is the one I see the pro's using-so probably still the best for the money.

Hi there
Another good one to try is FDRTools..I think it does better than Photomatix on indoor HDRs.

Photomatix (http://www.hdrsoft.com/) is not the only recommended software, but is probably the most used at this point. I have used it for a while and can recommend it. Actually I like its Exposure Blending option the best, the Highlights & Shadows - Adjust blending option gives the best results, and is easier to use. You can get a free fully functional trial version at their web site.
http://www.hdrlabs.com/ (http://www.hdrlabs.com/) Recomended site full of HDR info, click on the Tools tab for software info. They also provide a free HDR software, Picturenaut (http://www.hdrlabs.com/picturenaut/index.html), that works great.
