Well Hi! You all don't know me but I lurk in the shadows from time to time soaking up knowledge on Elements. But on this rare occasion I come asking for help determining what font this is?

Sorry for such a small picture but I have been searching and comparing fonts on dafonts.com. I do know that it does look like it's a Sans Serif.
Thanks,
Will

Hi Will ...
Its difficult to tell when its so small ...
The top one is probably something like Minion Pro Bold Italic but then skew used on it and a stretch.
I suspect that the bottom one has also had a skew & stretch on it too.

Hi Will,
There are two different fonts here. I agree with Wendy--whatever they are they've been distorted. It is small but the bottom font looks to me like Eurostile (or something very similar). I can't tell for sure if it's san serif from the picture but it appears to be.
There are quite a few websites where they help identify fonts. If you google "identify font" you'll find lots of them. Good luck!

Hi Will,
The font in the top word is a serif font and looks pretty much like Times New Roman to me.
The font in the second word is a sans-serif font (has no little extensions at the end of the strokes). I have a font that looks pretty much like that with the rounded square shape, but I don't know where I got it. It's called PHOTO. It doesn't come up in any searches I do for free fonts. It may have come with any of the software I own. Take a look at your fonts, you might just have it.
Here's an example using those two fonts to try to replicate the sample posted. After typing them, I made them italic, then used Image>Transform>Skew to try to get the angle like in the sample. I also added a little gaussian blur as the sample looks a bit soft.
