I have been successfully dragging images up from the Bin and placing them onto a base image, each resulting in a new Frame Layer. These are great tools for creating templates.
Yesterday, for some unknown reason, I started getting a "Place Frame" error dialog as the frame is created when I try to drag an image up from the Bin. The dialog includes a big red X symbol. After clicking OK, the only choice given, I end up with an empty frame layer with a gray background within the frame where the image should be.
At this point the frame layer works as expected, I can add an image tot he frame, resize it, move it inside, etc., just as before.
Has anyone else seen this error message when dragging an image up from the Bin and placing it onto another image?
I have also now found that my "Photo Collage" and "Photo Book" functions under Create no long er work (don't complete, just stop soon after starting to create). Not surprising since they use frame layers.
