Replacing People in Group Image

I have some group images that I need to replace some of the people, for the obvious reasons. Eg. closed eyes, turned heads. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Rodney, if you are using PSE6 it has a feature just for you. Got to File>New>Photomerge Faces... or File>New>Photomerge Group Shot... and see if that helps you.

If you using an older version of PSE you may have to use selections and moving functions to accomplish what you need.

Do you have Photoshop Element 6? And, have you looked at the Group Shot feature under Photomerge? You will find it under Edit/Guided/Photomerge.
