Bevel Delated - ie. Simple Sharp Inner

Is there a way to copy a bevel file and install into PSE6, similar to adding a font through the control panel in windows XP. :confused:

If you somehow deleted it in error and want to reinstall the bevel do the following:

Navigate to

XP:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Adobe\Photoshop Elements\6.0\Locale\en_US

Vista:
C:\Application Data\Adobe\Photoshop Elements\6.0\Locale\en_US

and rename the file MediaDatabase.db3 to MediaDatabase.db3.TMP

Then restart Elements. Allow several minutes for the database to rebuild itself (5 ~ 10 minutes or so) and it should restore all the styles.

I hope this works for you, I have also deleted effects in error.

rblade, I delete the backup file (which is what your TMP file is). It's there in case the new file build doesn't work; since you say it works you no longer need the TMP file.
