Elements 5 RAW processing

Any suggestions on the best way to learn about processing Camera RAW photos in Elements 5? Looked for video tutorials, but couldn't find any.

Kelby training has a good course on Adobe Camera Raw (it's called 'Camera Raw Workflow Essentials') by Matt K, if you register at http://www.kelbytraining.com/ you can watch the first 3 lessons for free, which will give you an idea whether it is what you are looking for.
