Hi All,
This is my first post and I am having some problems with Elements 6. I have been using it successfully since December. I usually use organiser to get photos from the camera, download onto hard drive and upload into the organiser. I then tag thumnails and open editor to edit the pics. I use RAW files. Whilst on holiday I downloaded some images in the usual way and then suddenly thumbnails stopped appearing for new image downloads. The pics downloaded onto hard drive and are in the organiser but I just get the hourglass icon in each square where a thumbnail version of the pic should be. Can anybody help? The old images still have thumbnails, no problem.
