I just upgraded from Elements 5 to 6. At the same time I had a computer shop "tune up" my computer with more ram and windows upgrades. Now, when working under the sharing tab, I can no longer edit or add contacts to my email list. The old contacts list still works fine to share photos either as attachments or photomail. But now when I click on contacts under the File tab, my computer locks up. I think it might have something to do with the fact that I am using Outlook Express 6 for my email account and now after the tune-up the Element program no longer recognizes it. I'm pretty ignorant about computer issues but does it sound like I'm on the right track?
